The Engineering Philosophy & Engineering Management session of the ICEST 2014 & the 8th Chine Engineering Management Forum, a vital parallel session of the ICEST 2014, was convened from 2nd to 3rd, June, in Beijing. Over thirty members of Chinese Academy of Engineering, twelve foreign experts respectively from the U.S, France, Germany, the U.K, Sweden, Australia, Etc. and other three hundred Chinese scholars participate in this forum.
