  • 1. What languages do you offer?

    Activator provides training in English, Japanese, French, Korean and Spanish. Our courses aim to have you progressing quickly in your daily work.
    We also offer Chinese courses for non-native speakers of Chinese.

  • 2. Who are your instructors?

    All of our instructors are fluent in their chosen language. They are highly qualified and experienced language instructors who can offer effective training programs to ensure you and your team progress rapidly.

  • 3. How do you charge for your training services?

    Our prices are based on the class hour and may vary according to any specialized program content, the training level and the trainees’ skill level. We charge per class hour in RMB.

  • 4. Would I be asked to pay in advance?

    Yes. We require a deposit of thirty percent of the full payment within five days of contract signature. The balance should be paid five days after your training is completed.
